If you have registered as an SJS Client, you do not need to fill out this form again. Please go directly to the Job Bank.
If you are have not registered yet, please follow the registration instructions below.
Registration Instructions:
- Fill out the
SJS Student Application (directly on the PDF document window). - Print the completed form
- Fax to 807-622-1662 OR bring the completed form in person to Northwest Employment Works with an attached resume.
