You will drive the customer experience in store by inspiring a customer-first team mentality in all aspects of the stores operation and program execution. You build a high performing store team through your strong leadership and management abilities, driving financial success and impacting your community.

Duties:
 - Drive sales by leveraging your business acumen, efficiency and problem solving skills
-Inspire others as a dynamic brand ambassador dedicated to driving and achieving results through your team
-Nurture talent to realize their personal best, both as individuals and as thriving teams
-Integrate our business with the community to build connections with our partners and customers and deliver on our spirit of sustainability
-Interpret and apply the Collective Agreement with respect to store operations, providing leadership and positively influencing others to achieve results
Qualifications:
 - A customer-centric mindset and love for spending time on the store floor.
- Inspired leadership in support of the community for the greater good.
-Feedback and coaching in the moment that empowers your people.
-Keen knowledge of your store numbers. You will forecast and analyze sales and expenses.
-A plan to engage the team, by setting priorities, developing an operation work plan and monitoring progress. You're known for precision execution in your store.
-5 years or more of retail experience in progressive roles such as Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Trainer, Departmental Manager, or District Manager.
-Leadership, business savvy, relationships, and self-management.
-Firsthand experience leading unionized employees.
-A high school diploma or the equivalent experience. A college diploma, certificate or university degree in business or retail management is an asset.
- Visible leadership and will be available to work some evenings and weekends.
-French language requirements at the oral advanced¬Ě level required in the designated areas.
