 What you do as a member of our team: Reporting to the Director, Operations & Development, the Client Services Officer has the following deliverables
- Open and close the Thunder Bay Operations Centre
- Greet all visitors of the Thunder Bay Operations Centre, including students, instructors and guests
- Monitor classes and conferences taking place onsite
- Support students writing exams onsite
- Process incoming telephone calls and inquiries
- Process incoming/outgoing mail
- Support the Operations Centre with any building maintenance issues
- Provide clerical support, data entry and filing as required
- Coordinate equipment receipt and shipping
- Manage and order office supplies for 116 centres
- Provide basic technical support to student and instructors onsite
 What you need to be successful:
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Fluently bilingual (English/French), both oral and written, would be considered an asset
- Energetic, self-starter with a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking office environment
- Emphasis on attention to detail in regards to proofreading, data entry and checklists
- Strict adherence to standardized policies and procedures
- Meet short deadlines by being able to prioritize and adapt
- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Related post-secondary diploma or certificate in Administrative Assistant or Office Administration
- 3 to 5 years' experience in an office setting

- Full-time employment with 35 hours per week. Hours are mainly daytime; however, flexibility to accommodate sporadic evenings and weekends is required
