Duties:

- Underground jumbo drill operation for lateral, incline and ramp development

- LHD operation

- Mechanized bolting

- Support duties such as mechanical installation and maintenance of air, water and ventilation and ground support

- Underground construction tasks such as performing concrete work, installing timbers, specialized ground support etc.

Qualifications:

- Must possess Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core (U0000 to U0012), or equivalent provincial designation

- Minimum of 3-5 years' work experience

- Must have U0018, U0089 or U0092 depending on equipment or specific task

- Experience with Atlas Copco Jumbo's and MacLean Series bolters will be given top consideration

- Experience with maintenance and installation of crushers, conveyers, grizzlies, chutes, feeders, non-electrical mine services etc. is an asset

- Willing and able to undergo pre-employment testing as a condition of employment

- Must be willing to relocate to Sudbury, ON and open to working at any of the underground mine sites, across Sudbury, that Technica operates
