Eligibilities

Are You Eligible? 

Employers must meet the following criteria, in order to be eligible to register with our service:

  • Hire, supervise and train the participant in Ontario
  • Have a legal permit to operate a business in Ontario (Revenue Canada Number)
  • Have WSIB or alternate coverage as well as Third Party Liability Insurance 

 

Note: Employers may not hire family members (immedate or by marriage).
