- Processing incoming mail for the accounting department
- Creating and distributing Documents, Policies and Procedures to ensure all information is relevant and up to date with company standards and Legislation.
- Providing customer service to organization employees as well as customers
- Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data (employee information, vendor information, customer data-base, product information)
- Setting appointments and arranging meetings
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
- Creating orientation and training programs for all organization staff
- Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets (cash outs, product information)
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
- Maintaining staffing for guest services
- Events coordination including outreach and marketing
- Management of public image and local presence
- Coordinating with various department supervisors and managers to ensure appropriate readiness for all standard and non-standard days.
- Working with ski patrol to ensure appropriate care is accessible to customers
- Mitigate customer grievances
- Assign general work to various department supervisors and managers
- Process online sales and track appropriately
- Track lane requests and grant permission for hill closures as appropriate
- Ensure outdoor staff and ski patrol are monitoring hill conditions, reporting, and posting appropriate signage
- Communicate hill conditions with public
- Provide support to Office Administrator and Managing Director
- High School Education
- Min. 1 Year supervisory experience
