Duties:
 **MUST BE 18+**
- Responsible for the safety of all guests and employees while loading, riding, and unloading chair lifts.
- Schedule Lift attendants, perform daily roll call & assign attendants to designated lift stations.
- Supervise the maintenance of ramps, signs and lift stations in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
- Operate lifts as a working member of the Lift Crew, give breaks to Lift Attendants.
- Train lift attendants on all procedures as outlined in the lift operations manual.
- Respond to lift emergencies and identify & resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain clean and orderly work stations, giving special attention to safety and areas within public view.
- Perform periodic Lift Operations training sessions. Be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Work with all other departments in a cooperative and supportive role.
- Supervise the completion of lift attendant daily lift logs and maintain accurate clock in/out times
- Maintain all Lift Operations files. Assist lift maintenance in any way possible, when needed
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
- Min. 1 Year supervisory experience
- Possess Mechanical aptitude.
- Previous Work Experience as a Lift Attendant Preferred.
- Willing & able to work Outside in variable weather conditions. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Accurate record keeping and legible handwriting. A positive attitude toward fellow staff and our guests.
- Willingness to work with other members of the Lift Crew, other departments, and with our guests. People skills are required on a daily basis, the ability to deal with problems and solve problems on the spot is important. You may be the first to encounter a difficult situation or problem.
- Organizational skills, maintaining a clean work area, and following through on tasks are very important
