Pinchin is recruiting a Project Administrator to support the Kenora office. This role will include components of project administration (e.g. report reviews, time and expense updates, and entering reports into our software), business development and client relations (e.g. setting up client meetings, explaining what we do to new clients, some cold calling) and general office administration. Preference will be given to candidates with familiarity of the local community.

Duties:
Ensure client deliverables are accurately formatted and that quality control forms have been completed • Synchronize the timely assembly and delivery of reports
Invoicing and billing for the office
Enter and update reports in Pinchins project software 
Assist staff with project coordination and scheduling 
Perform general reception duties
Organize business development opportunities 
Contribute to the preparation of assessments and inspection of reports and proposals
Maintain and monitor administrative activities of the Office as required 
Act as a corporate liaison, supporting various company-wide initiatives 
Perform other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
 Diploma or Degree in a relevant field 
Experience in a professional office environment is preferred 
Valid drivers license, insurance and car are required
Strong proficiency with the MS Office Suite
Comfortable learning new computer programs/systems 
Strong verbal and written communication skills 
Positive and professional demeanor when dealing clients 
Strong organizational skills with an ability to follow detailed instructions 
Availability to work outside of core business hours and weekends
