Duties:
- Typical Assignment Length: An assignment can vary in length from several weeks to multiple months and may be required to travel from one assignment to the next location. - Accountabilities: Rotational Personnel are critical to the store team. They are responsible to ensure appropriate merchandise is ordered and properly presented to maximize sales and profits, exhibit high customer service and support to the store management team.
- Flexibility: Our Rotational Personnel enjoy the variety provided by working in different locations and being flexible on when their work schedules change. They are extremely resilient and adaptable because they experience a wide variety of cultures, store sizes and conditions, employee skill levels, community engagement levels, and competition in each of the assigned work location.
Qualifications:
- Experience interacting with/serving customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision making skills with a high attention to detail;
- Proven organizational, planning and prioritizing skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and superior customer service skills;
- Must have the ability and desire to develop an in-depth understanding of NWC''s customers;
- Demonstrates a personal and enthusiastic commitment to NWC''s vision, mission, values and strategies; 
- Highly motivated and adventurous with an appreciation for small town life in a culturally diverse setting considered an asset.
