Duties:
 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES **MUST BE 18+**
- Scheduling of rental shop employees
- Retention and recruitment of rental shop employees
- Ensure proficient training of rental shop employees
- Submit payroll hours for rental shop employees
- Maintain Rental Shop inventory, and order supplies as required
- Perform or delegate sufficiently difficult repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to every person who enters the BV Rental & Retail Shop
- Assist guests in selecting appropriate ski or snowboard rental equipment
- Measure guests' height, weight and shoe size
- Adjust skis, snowboards, bindings and helmets to appropriate settings for rental
- Distribute equipment to guests
- Track losses and perform follow up
- Tune up and perform minor repairs to rental and guests' equipment
- Assist in the overall cleanliness and functionality of the Rental & Retail shop
- All employees are required to perform alternate functions from time to time, both within and outside of their assigned department, particularly during peak periods such as holiday weekends.
- Be a reliable, positive and customer-oriented individual, serving as a primary point of contact for our patrons.
- Become knowledgeable of the facilities, services, and opportunities offered at Loch Lomond Ski Area
- Provide high-quality professional service to all patrons to ensure a positive rewarding experience for all.
- Ability to address complaints & go the extra mile to ensure our guests are satisfied.
Qualifications:
 QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Education
- Previous customer service experience in an asset
- Previous Management or supervisorial experience is an asset
Misc.:
 PREFERRED SKILLS
- Highly organized
- Punctual in submitting paperwork
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Basic knowledge of ski & snowboard equipment
- Interest in skiing & snowboarding
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and under pressure
- Familiarity with simple hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)
- Patience
