Smart Serve is a responsible service training certificate program available to all individuals in the province of Ontario who serve or work where alcohol beverages are sold and served. It is a self-paced training program that can be delivered on an individual basis, or in a classroom setting.

Upon completion of the program – individuals will be aware of:

• their responsibilities and obligations under the law
• proactive approaches to preventing alcohol-related problems
• how to recognize signs of intoxication
• how to implement intervention strategies for aggressive customers
