The Thunder Bay Art Gallery is hiring two Summer Art Camp Instructors to prepare and deliver arts programming for children ages 5-12. Under the guidance and supervision of the Education Coordinator, Summer Art Camp Instructors work together to plan, organize, and facilitate Summer Art Camps at the Gallery. This is a summer student position running from June 17th-August 30th 2019.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates have a background in Visual Arts, Art History, and/or Education.
Previous teaching, instructional, or group leadership experience is an asset.
This position is part of the Young Canada Works Summer Work Experience program for students. Eligible candidates must have been registered as a full-time student in the semester preceding the summer and intend to return to full-time studies in the semester immediately following the summer.
