Duties:
Duties include: greet visitors upon arrival, manage incoming calls – determining needs and direct accordingly, creation of documents, forms and correspondence, updating of existing documents, filing, data entry, managing calendars, and the ability to work in a safe manner.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate have at least 1 years' experience in an office environment, fully versed in Microsoft Office (all applications), have excellent phone and email professionalism and manner, work well under tight deadlines with multiple supervisors, be enthusiastic, energetic, and have a positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to take initiative, work independently and also as a member of a tightly knit team will be required on a daily basis.
