This is a one day workshop that requires 6-7 hours for completion, max number of participants per session is 15 people.
This dynamic tool was developed to support temperament theory and to provide an easily understood methodology for building self -awareness, self-esteem and effective communication strategies.
This fun and engaging one day workshop (6-7 hours) is a must for team-building as it provides the tools and resources to more clearly understand the different personality types in any team - work or at home. Understanding the different temperament types helps us better understand how to more efficiently collaborate with our co-workers and helps build stronger teams.
