This is a full-time work experience with rotational “on-the-job” assignments to develop your knowledge of our products, customers, systems and programs. As a Trainee at Toromont Cat, you will have a dedicated mentor to guide and support your development across various areas of our business. You will also have access to various training sessions to support your growth into leadership at Toromont.

  • Post-Secondary Education (University or College) from a Technical, Business or related program
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude; experience in some sort of leadership capacity is a definite asset
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset

  • Open to travel for rotational assignments
