- Work across key social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn; as well as email marketing campaigns; and PARO website (s)
- Create and manage Women in Politics content on all social media accounts, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, including posting updates to all social media accounts (under supervision
- Write articles for Women in Politics website and other media, etc.
- Help promote and plan events for first time Mayors, Chairs and Chiefs with a focus on Indigenous women to increase involvement, political awareness and civic engagement
- Schedule and Develop educational workshops to guide, encourage, mentor and prepare women to run for political office.
- Research and follow women empowerment and leadership related trends and re-purposing content from other sources for our own social media channels that would be of interest to our followers.
- Increase the number of followers on all social media accounts, and actively engaging with our followers on all social media accounts
- Help to create content for, and manage, Women in Politics website at www.womeninpolitics.ca including WIP blog; and email campaigns
- Directly respond to (under supervision), or forward to the appropriate staff member, inquiries received from Women in Politics social media accounts or website.
- Use analytics tools to inform our digital marketing efforts.
- Design and manage the marketing of digital engagement and communication content in support of PARO's fundraising campaign efforts.
- Help create and plan events to support and encourage women in leadership roles
- Qualifications:

- University and college graduates who have graduated within the last three years from an accredited college or university. Candidates must be graduates of post-secondary degree or diploma programs.
- Be the first time employment in their field of study
- Participate in the NOHFC internship program for the first time.
