Duties:
 

 

You Will:

  • Prepare, maintain, and circulate schedules in accordance with KACL policies, Collective Agreement, and the Employment Standards Act.
  • Act as the contact for staff concerning work absences or changes, and fill planned and unexpected replacement shifts.
  • Review and reconcile time sheets and work with a computerized scheduling application.
  • Assist the HR department and training program to on-board new staff.
  • Fulfill other HR functions, with understanding of managing in a unionized environment
Qualifications:

  • Experienced: You have a degree or diploma that means you can think critically, write, research, and plan your work, or at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
